Resident and household information is managed by Estate Administrators and Landlords. This data is used to maintain accurate household records, manage dues obligations, issue visitor invitations, and support estate operations. Users with administrative roles are responsible for ensuring information they enter is accurate and lawfully obtained.

Contact messages, visitor records, payment evidence, and audit logs may be retained for different periods based on estate policy and platform requirements.
